The line that matters most
Nothing sexual involving minors, and nothing sexual involving a character who appears to be a minor. Anime styling frequently depicts adult characters with youthful features; that is not a defence and not a grey area. Accounts are closed immediately and without refund, and we report where the law requires it.
We are saying this first, and plainly, because this product photorealises anime characters. The risk is specific to what we do and we would rather be unambiguous than polite about it.
Real people
Do not generate images of a real, identifiable person without their agreement. That includes sexual or intimate imagery of anyone real, imagery placing someone in a situation they were never in, and anything presented as a genuine photograph of them.
Uploading a photograph of yourself is fine. Uploading a photograph of someone else, to make something they have not agreed to, is not.
Do not use Isekaify to
- Make sexual content involving minors or apparent minors, in any style. This is the line above and it has no exceptions.
- Make non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create something intended to be mistaken for a real photograph of a real event.
- Harass, threaten, defame or incite violence against anyone.
- Produce content that promotes terrorism, or instructions for weapons or serious harm.
- Break someone else's copyright or trademark, including reselling generated work as officially licensed.
- Commit fraud — including buying credits with a card that is not yours.
- Attack the service: scraping, automated abuse, evading credit limits, probing for vulnerabilities, or reselling access.
Fan work
Generating your favourite characters is the point of the product and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Characters are usually somebody's intellectual property, and what fan work is permitted varies by country and rightsholder.
Keep it personal and non-commercial and you are in the normal territory that fan art has always occupied. Selling it, or presenting it as official, is your risk and not something this policy authorises.
How we enforce this
Our providers apply their own content filters, so some prompts will be refused before they reach a model. When that happens your credits are returned.
We also act on reports. Depending on what we find we may remove content, restrict an account, or close it. Serious breaches — the first section especially — mean immediate closure without refund, and referral to the authorities where the law requires it.

Reporting something
If you find content made here that breaks this policy, email support@isekaify.com with enough detail to identify it. Reports about content involving minors are treated as urgent and go to the top of the queue.
Changes
We will update this policy as the product changes — new capabilities bring new ways to misuse them. Material changes will be flagged on the site. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and you must be at least 18 to use Isekaify at all.
