Who you are dealing with
Isekaify is operated by an individual trading as Isekaify, based in Pakistan. It is a sole trader, not an incorporated company, so the person behind the service is personally the party you are contracting with.
Payments are a separate matter. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase, which means Paddle is the seller for the transaction, holds the payment relationship with you, and is responsible for charging and remitting any VAT or sales tax. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms. These terms cover the service itself.
Using the service
You need to be at least 18 to use Isekaify. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure.
What you may and may not generate is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaking it is the main reason an account gets suspended.
Your content, and who owns what
You keep ownership of the images you upload. You also own the images and video the service generates for you, to the extent that generated output can be owned — in several countries AI output may not attract copyright at all, and we cannot promise otherwise.
To actually run the service we need your permission to store your uploads and results, and to send them to the AI providers that do the generating. That permission is limited to operating the service for you.
We do not use your uploads or your generated images to train models, and we do not publish your work or show it to other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.
Credits
The service runs on credits. New accounts get 25 free credits. You can buy more in a one-off pack, or subscribe to a plan that adds credits each month.
- Pack credits never expire. Once bought, they stay in your account until you spend them, including if you cancel a plan.
- Monthly plan credits do not carry over.Whatever is left of a month's allowance is cleared when the next month starts. This is stated on the pricing page and in your account.
- Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged back into currency.
- Failed renders are refunded in credits. If a generation fails, the credits it cost go back to your balance automatically.
A render's price depends on what you ask for — resolution, quality, and for video the length in seconds. The price is shown on the button before you commit to it.
Subscriptions and cancelling
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, in two clicks, without contacting anyone.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free tier. Any monthly credits left at that point are cleared; your pack credits stay.

Closing your account
You can delete your account from your profile. Deletion is permanent, completes within 30 days, and takes your renders and any remaining credits with it. Credits are not refunded on deletion. If you have a plan, it is cancelled as part of the same request.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, attacks the service, or is used for fraud. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. AI generation is inherently unpredictable: a render may not match your prompt, may contain artefacts, or may fail. That is a normal part of how these models work, and it is why failed renders return your credits rather than entitling you to a cash refund.
We depend on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or remove models and features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, you can cancel and — where the Refund Policy applies — ask for a refund.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer protection law in your country may give you rights that these terms cannot override, and where that is the case, those rights win.
Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
