Who is responsible
Isekaify is run by an individual trading as Isekaify, based in Pakistan. For data protection purposes that individual is the data controller. Contact: support@isekaify.com.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address, and your name and avatar if your GitHub or Google account provides them. We never receive or store a password — sign-in goes through those providers.
- Profile. Anything you choose to add: display name, username, bio, avatar. These are public if you publish work.
- What you make. Images you upload, prompts you write, and the images and video generated for you, along with the settings used.
- Credits and billing. Your balance, every credit movement, and a record of purchases including the amount, the currency, and the brand and last four digits of the card. We never see or store a full card number.
- Technical. Ordinary server logs from hosting, including IP address and browser details.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not run third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Your prompts and images leave our systems
This is the part worth reading carefully, because it is the part a privacy policy usually buries. We do not run the AI models ourselves. When you generate something, your prompt and any image you supplied are sent to a third-party AI provider, which renders the result and returns it to us.
That means your prompt and your uploaded image are processed on infrastructure we do not control, under that provider's own terms and retention rules. If you would not be comfortable with a third party seeing an image, do not upload it.
Who we send data to

These providers operate in various countries, including outside Pakistan and outside the EEA and UK, so using the service involves international transfers of your data.
Why we are allowed to hold it
If you are in the UK or EU: we process your account, content and billing data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you — none of the service works without it. We keep billing records because we have a legal obligation to. We keep limited logs and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a service that is not abused.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your profile, renders and credit history so the product works.
- Renders you delete disappear from your history immediately. A record of the credits they cost is kept, because that is your billing history.
- When you delete your account, everything is erased within 30 days, including your stored images and video. You cannot sign in during that window.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after deletion. Paddle holds its own copy as merchant of record.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to some processing, or ask for it in a portable form. You can delete your account yourself from your profile, which is the fastest route. For anything else, email support@isekaify.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU and think we have got this wrong, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has an account, email support@isekaify.com and we will remove it.
Security, honestly stated
Your data sits behind access controls, is encrypted in transit, and is restricted at the database level so one account cannot read another's. That said, no service can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If we add a provider or change what we collect, we will update this page and its date. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
